Join us at United We Walk!

Did you know…the Tri-Faith Commons (where the walk will take place, at 3 PM on September 11th) is the only place in the world where a Jewish temple, a Christian church, and a Muslim mosque have willingly chosen to cohabitate on the same plot of land?

Congregation of Temple Israel, Countryside Community Church, and American Muslim Institute – AMI will all be open from 4pm-6pm after the walk, providing tours and open houses for you to learn about their congregations and their work with Tri-Faith!

“Our community has many diverse voices, voices that sometimes have not been heard, or even acknowledged. So United We Walk is a chance for people to come together, to celebrate the rich customs, culture, and traditions, we all contribute to the Omaha community.” — Wise words from Douglas County’s Officer of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Marisa Hattab.

Join Fr. Keith, the St. Andrew’s Youth Group, and hundreds of Omaha-area faithful at this event, which will include food trucks and music.
