Here is a partial list of the Artisan Vendors you’ll find at our Arts & Crafts Faire on October 11th! These vendors and more will have booths in the church undercroft, and our own St. Andrew’s artisans will be upstairs in Engle Hall. The Faire is from 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, October 10th. There is a $3 admission at the door.

All proceeds benefit our outreach ministries for women and children. Here is a partial list of ministries we have supported in previous years:

• Magdalene House Omaha: a residential program for victims of trafficking (Magdalene House also has a booth as one of our featured artisan vendors selling their handcrafted candles and other items)
• Omaha Street School: an alternative high school for at-risk students
• Lutheran Family Services: provides support for assisting recent refugees from Afghanistan
• St. Monica’s Home in Lincoln: a residential program for women in substance abuse treatment
• St. Monica’s “Women are Sacred” Program: support for Native American women and children
• CASA Court-appointed Special Advocates: provides support for children in the foster care system
• Episcopal Relief and Development: assistance for families in Ukraine
• Sew Powerful Purse Program: supporting girls in Zambia to remain in school and support their families with fresh food and employment opportunities
