Arts and Crafts Faire Vendor Information

The St. Andrew’s Arts and Crafts Faire invites outside artisans to become part of our Faire as guest Artisan Vendors.

The most important qualification to become one of our Artisans is to offer handcrafted items for sale. We try to have as many different arts and crafts as possible represented by our Artisans, and if you make something that is unique and fun, we would love to have you join us!

If you are interested in participating as a featured Artisan Vendor, please e-mail us at stas.artsandcraftsfaire@gmail.com to request and application or click HERE to download an application.

Artisan Vendor FAQ's

When is the Faire?

  • The 2023 Faire will be held on Saturday, October 14th from 9AM-4PM

How do I rent a space?

  • To rent a space, just e-mail us at the e-mail above to request an application or click on the link to print one off. Fill it out and return it to the address on the form with a check for your space rental. You can contact us by e-mail to request a space, but that space is not confirmed until we receive payment.

What types of spaces are available and what are the fees?

  • We offer two sizes of exhibit spaces. You can rent an 8ft X 5ft space for $40 or a 6ft X 5ft space for $30. You are welcome to provide your own table or display and chairs, or you can rent a table and two chair from us for $10.

Can I get a wall space or space with an outlet?

  • You can request a wall space or outlet, but those spaces are limited. We will do our best, but they will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you allow direct sales such as Pampered Chef or Cabi?

  • Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate direct sales merchants at this time. We are currently only allowing Artisans with handcrafted items for sale.

Is there food available?

  • St. A’s Bake Sale provides baked goodies for purchase, or we also offer a box lunch consisting of a deli sandwich, chips, cookie and bottle of water. The box lunches are required to be pre-ordered, or first-come first-served if there are any extras available.

Is there a place to go eat my lunch or snack?

  • You are welcome to eat at your booth at your discretion, or we do have a “lounge” room set up with small tables and chairs. This room may be used by any Artisans or shoppers to sit and rest or enjoy a lunch, snack or beverage. It is located on the lower level (our guest Artisan level) across the hall from the restrooms. There will be signs posted.

When can I set up my display space?

  • Set-up times are on Friday, October 13th, from 1:30PM to 7:00PM, or our doors will open up for Artisan set-up Saturday morning at 7:30AM. The set up entrance is downstairs and signs will be posted directing you to the Artisan entrance door. We ask that your display spaces be cleared out by 7:00PM on Saturday at the end of the sale.

Is there an elevator available?

  • There is an elevator available and signs will be posted with directions or feel free to ask any of our St. Andrew’s volunteers wearing nametags.

How and where do you advertise the Faire?

  • We advertise in the Omaha World-Herald, the Douglas County Post-Gazette, Suburban Newspapers, local TV community calendars, various craft fair websites, various social-media websites, through our local Episcopal diocese, as well as posting flyers and yard signs. We also have banners that go out the week of the Faire on the church property which gets quite a bit of traffic on the corner of 84th and Pacific Streets.
